Getting help isn't easy, especially when it feels like everything is going wrong, the things bothering you are hard to talk about and you don't have the information you need to get help even if you wanted to. It can be pretty isolating.

The Dr Link website has been developed with young people who have all gone through tough times. It has also been developed with doctors (also called General Practitioners or GPs) who enjoy working with young people.

While visiting the Dr Link website can't solve your problems, it can give you some practical information and advice on 'how' and 'where' to seek help. Plus it contains some strategies on how to get the most out of the services that are available to you.

It is normal to feel down or sad at times during your life.  If you have had to cope with a stressful event you may need time to grieve and feelings of sadness may last for some time. When you feel like this you are not alone.

Getting advice and seeing a doctor doesn't mean you are 'weak'. Getting help for yourself, and/or helping a mate seek help, may be the one of the toughest things you'll ever do. Finding the right doctor for you can also take time and patience. The good news is that there is help available. Grab some advice and stay safe .

How do you feel?
